You can request a collection from our HQ site at DE12 7AJ, within an allocated time period.

Yes, our minimum order value is £30.00 plus VAT (total £36.00), per order.
This is in place to ensure customers receive freshly prepared food on the day it is ordered, and to ensure we have enough resources available each day for deliveries.

You can pay online via our secure payment system at the time of booking. For clients wishing to open a credit account with us, any first order must be pre paid, and you can then request a credit application form from us. Once accepted, you will be invoiced each week and payment will be due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Saffron charges VAT according to HMRC guidelines for food production. The online orders will show the VAT charge at the point of checkout, as will any invoice raised.

If you advise us of the cancellation by 1200 the day prior to the lunch there will be no charge. After this point, you will be charged the full amount of the order as we will have already placed our food orders.

Each menu has a minimum requirement available, e.g. our Packed Lunches have a minimum order of x 10 lunches. You can select up to 3 of our corporate lunch options including the dietary requirement options.

To ensure our clients are fully happy with their orders, it is vital that the delivery driver hands the delivery note to the client, this should then be checked carefully, signed and printed. This works as an acceptance agreement, and confirmation that the order has been delivered safely and in full.

You can make a request for a specific time between our delivery guidelines, but this is not guaranteed. Any breakfast orders will be delivered prior to 0830 and any lunch orders will be delivered prior to 1200 (subject to anything outside of our control)
All orders are served on recyclable packaging, along with napkins and disposable cutlery.
Unfortunately not – due to two different delivery slots being required, breakfast and lunch would be treated as two separate orders, both are required to meet the £30.00 plus VAT minimum order requirement.
Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements; please ensure this is advised at the point of ordering. All dietary requirements will be presented separately and clearly marked.
As a general rule we offer a ration of 70:30 meat/veggie sandwich options, all of which will be clearly labelled and presented separately. If you have a specific number of vegetarians attending, please advise at the point of booking.
Please advise of any allergens within your guests at the point of ordering. You can also request a copy of our allergens information sheet if required, which will send via email. Our team will always cater for any requirements but to advise specifically that whilst none of our menus do not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee no nut traces as we do use nuts within our kitchens. Any severe nut allergies must be advised in advance.
